激光照排机,简称光绘机,是一种集激光光学技术、微电子技术和超精密机械于一体的照相排版产品。它用于在感光胶片上绘制各种图形、图像、文字或符号。
工作原理
The laser photoplotter uses a laser to scan the film to generate graphics, and its principle is the same as the electron gun in the TV picture tube scans the fluorescent material on the screen. First, the image of the printed circuit board is mapped into a large storage array, and then the laser beam is turned on or off (modulated) according to the value of the corresponding cell in the storage array, thereby obtaining the required process film. Laser photoplotters use lasers as the light source, which has the advantages of easy focusing and energy concentration, and is very beneficial for instant and fast exposure of negatives. The exposure adopts scanning type, no matter how high the density is, the exposure can be completed in the shortest time, and it only takes a few minutes to draw a negative. Therefore, it has become the mainstream of today's light painting industry.
激光光绘仪的光源主要使用气体激光器,如氩、氦和氖。气体激光器的光源强度高,但寿命有限,约为6000-10000小时,因此使用一年多后需要更换光源。一些光绘机制造商使用半导体激光器作为光源,但更高功率半导体激光器的生产尚未成熟。
过程
CAD生成的设计数据被转换为光绘数据(主要是Gerber数据),并由CAM系统进行处理,以完成光绘预处理(拼版、镜像等)。处理后的数据被发送到光绘机,并由光绘机的光栅数据处理器转换为光栅数据,光栅数据直接驱动激光光绘机完成光绘。
