UV曝光机是现代PCB制造的重要设备。在PCB制造过程中,最关键的工序之一是将负像转印到铜箔基板上。首先,在基材上涂覆一层感光材料(如液体感光粘合剂、感光抗蚀剂干膜等),然后照射涂覆在基材上的感光材料以改变其溶解度。非感光部分的树脂在显影剂的作用下不会聚合和溶解,感光部分的树酯会留在基板上形成图像。这个过程就是曝光,即曝光机在印刷电路板生产中完成的过程。
